You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the ug100 platform. Age is verified at registration and upon first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal conditions. Accounts must pass KYC verification before the first withdrawal is approved.
All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Each player is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the issue without penalty.
All games use certified RNG technology or live dealer feeds from audited studios. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated betting systems will result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ug100 platform, website, and all associated services. By accessing the ug100 platform at ug100.lat, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Access to and use of the ug100 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:
Age Verification: ug100 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. A Member's Account may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
To access the Services, you must complete the ug100 registration process in full and accurately. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ug100 reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion and without obligation to state a reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ug100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact ug100 support immediately.
ug100 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
All Accounts on the ug100 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in IDR. ug100 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
ug100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The list of active methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.
Deposits are credited to your ug100 Account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. ug100 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined and refunded. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to a verified account registered in your name. ug100 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug100 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Transaction Security: All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the ug100 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. ug100 does not store complete bank account details on its servers. Withdrawal requests require secondary PIN confirmation separate from your account login password.
ug100 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the Account without replacement.
ug100 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts; using low-risk, high-coverage wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing risk; colluding with other Members to meet wagering requirements artificially; and providing false or misleading information to obtain a bonus. Where ug100 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, ug100 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and withhold any Balance pending investigation.
Only one promotional bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any time. A Member must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before a new bonus may be applied. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
Each game, betting market, and product offered on the ug100 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or product interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
All sportsbook wagers are subject to the ug100 Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement, void markets, in-play rules, maximum payouts, and dispute resolution for all sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton, MotoGP, and esports markets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win; a single void selection may reduce the bet to the remaining valid legs or void the entire bet as specified in the Sportsbook Rules.
Minimum and maximum wager limits per game, table, or market are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change at ug100's discretion. ug100 reserves the right to set individual Member betting limits at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, ug100 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the relevant stake to the Member's Account. ug100 is not liable to pay out winnings arising from a demonstrable software error. Members who knowingly exploit an error are in breach of this Agreement.
ug100 is not responsible for any loss suffered by a Member as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other interruption to connectivity outside ug100's control during an active game session. Members are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing any game session.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ug100 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
ug100 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ug100 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a Member has breached any term of this Agreement; (b) a Member has provided false information; (c) a Member's Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (d) a Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other Members, to the Platform's integrity, or to ug100's operational or legal obligations; or (e) a Member has failed to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
A Member may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the ug100 support team via in-platform live chat or by email. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
Members who wish to self-exclude due to concerns about their gambling behaviour may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be locked, no deposits or wagers will be accepted, and no promotional materials will be sent. All content on the ug100 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, and data compilations, is the property of ug100 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ug100.
ug100 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account with ug100, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ug100 employs industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
ug100 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or events beyond ug100's reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. ug100 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by a Member as a result of such interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug100's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ug100 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect or consequential loss of any kind; or (d) any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome predictions.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your Account. ug100 does not guarantee any winnings or returns on any wager placed via the Platform. Play responsibly and within your means.
ug100 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, ug100 will provide reasonable notice to Members via in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 8.2. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ug100 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and ug100 relating to the Platform or Services, the Member should first contact the ug100 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ug100 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by ug100, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
